Below are some possible situations when a distributor may need to delete a delivery record:
"I noticed a mistake in my delivery history
"The order was cancelled suddenly by the customer"
"A product has been returned", etc...
If you need to delete a record for any of these reasons, please follow the steps below:
- Select the "Delivered" tab
- Click the "Select bottles to cancel shipping" button in the "All Serials" table at the bottom of the screen, and put ✔️ in the check box for the product whose shipping record you want to cancel.
- Click "Confirm cancel shipping" button, and then click on "Yes" on the pop-up window to confirm.
- When you see the message "Registration Completed", you have successfully cancelled your shipping record. You can verify that the item is back in stock from the "Stock" tab.
