Who can distributors send a chat message to?

You can send chat messages to the following users:

• Your customer
• JAPAN CRAFT SAKE COMPANY (system administrator)

It is not possible to contact distributors and restaurants in other regions that use the SBC unless there is a direct distribution relationship.
In the future, as more and more sake breweries join the SBC system, it will be possible to contact them directly.
