For events, promotions or internal use

Any sake to be used for events (e.g: sake events, promotions, masterclasses), or used internally by the distributor (e.g: tasting/education seminars for staff, management use, etc...), must be registered in the SBC and scanned when Delivering. Please enter the 'event name' or 'purpose of use' so that the system can identify which event the sake is being sold at or for what purpose.

Please note that bottles delivered for an event, promotion or internal use do not require "Receiving" and "Selling" scans.

Notes on Delivery Scan

Select the delivery destination, e.g. 'Event' or 'Marketing', and enter the packing slip number (optional) and the event name or purpose of use (optional).

The subsequent steps (QR code scanning → confirmation → registration) are the same as for normal restaurant deliveries.
