Sales to a private customer

Direct retail sales to individuals, such as VIP customers, must be registered by Delivery Scan by the distributor. Please enter the "customer number" or "surname" so that the system can identify which customer you are selling to.

*There is no need to enter the customer's full name, as it is not used for the purpose of identifying personal information.

Please note that bottles delivered to private customers do not require "Receiving" and "Selling" scans.

Notes on Delivery Scan

Select the "Private Customer" as the delivery destination and enter the packing slip number (optional), and then enter the customer number or surname (optional).

The subsequent steps (scanning the QR code, confirmation, and registration) are the same as for normal restaurant deliveries.
