1. What will remain the same in "Version 2.0”
- Operations that distributors are requested to continue -
In 2020, JCSC launched the SBC as a "test run", and thanks to the cooperation of our distributors, JCSC was able to identify problems and areas for improvement which have been used to develop Version 2.0 of the system.
In 2021, JCSC will launch the Version 2.0 system to manage the distribution of sake with individual QR codes, and ensure that each bottle can be tracked.
Updates will be made to the system as new features become available, but JCSC kindly requests that distributors to continue the following :
[Distributors]
- Scanning QR codes when picking/delivering orders.
- Responding to and resolving any issues that arise in the distributor and/or restaurant customers’ SBC accounts, such as missed scans, alerts, etc.
- Providing guidance, follow-up and feedback to restaurant customers.
- Providing feedback on any other SBC system problems, requests or areas for improvement.
[Restaurants]
- Scanning QR codes when receiving sake.
- Scanning QR codes at the point of sale.
- Responding to any problems such as missed scans or alerts.
