If your QR code does not scan properly, there are a number of possible causes. Here are a few things you can try first.
⚠️Important
The QR code on the N by Hidetoshi Nakata and JUYONDAI GOLD/BLACK/RED bottles shipped after June 2021 is an individual identification QR code. Please note that it is forbidden to duplicate the QR code printed on the bottle and box.
Scan in bright light
If you are in a dark area, the QR code may not be recognised properly. Please move to a brighter location and try again.
Adjust the focus of the camera
If the camera is too close to the QR code, out of focus, or too far away, it will not respond.
Try adjusting the distance between your phone and the QR code so that it fits neatly into the red frame on the scanning screen.
Clean the QR code or camera
If the QR code is covered with water droplets or dirt, or if your phone's camera lens is dirty, the QR code may not be read properly. Please wipe off the dirt with a soft cloth before trying to scan.
The network environment is unstable
QR codes can only be scanned successfully when the network environment is stable. Try moving to a location with a stable network.
