All On-Trade customer dealing in products distributed and managed by the SBC (i.e. JUYONDAI and N by Hidetoshi Nakata) must open an account with the SBC and be prepared to register their distribution history by QR scan.
If a distributor wishes to start selling those brands to new customers (including restaurants, hotels, bars and membership clubs), they should follow the steps below to complete a 'New Customer Application'.
The application (i.e. new customer information) will be reviewed by the JCSC and the account cannot be used until it is approved.
1. Log in to the SBC Dashboard
Enter your email address and password.
2. Select "Update Customer Information"
3. Select "Add New Customer Information"
Select Add New Customer Information in the top right corner of the screen
4. Enter your new customer information
Enter the following information:
- Category (required): Select "Restaurant". Note: Currently, "Restaurant" is the only option that can be selected. More categories will be added in future system updates.
- Restaurant Name (local language) (required): Enter the name of the restaurant in the local language.
- Restaurant Name (English) (optional): Enter the shop name in English.
- Email address (required): Enter an email address that the person in charge at the location can receive. Alert notifications that occur at the location will be sent to this email, so be sure to specify an address that can be reached by the person in charge.
- Customer Number (optional): If your company uses customer numbers in its stock management system, please enter the relevant customer number so that it can be used as a search reference in the SBC system.
- Phone Number
- Delivery Address [for display] (required): Enter the address. When you select a delivery address, the address you enter here will be displayed.
- GPS Location
- Select your country

Address [for Google Maps] (required): Type in the name or address of the restaurant and select the correct address from the list suggested by Google Maps (Baidu Map in China). Please make sure that the map pin is set to the correct location.
⚠️ Please ensure that you register the exact location of the restaurant. When a “Receiving/Selling" scan takes place at a restaurant, the user’s device location is retrieved and checked against the location information registered here.

GPS Location Range: Please set this to 200m.

In special circumstances, such as the customer's premises being in a high-rise building or basement location with an unstable GPS signal, the GPS location range can be increased. Please contact JCSC for more information.

- Seating Capacity (required) : Enter the number of seats at the restaurant.
- Awards/Comments : Enter any special information about the restaurant, such as its Michelin Guide listing, World’s/Asia’ Best 50 Restaurant ranking, local culinary awards, etc...
- Storage/Service information (required): Please upload images for the following:
- Refrigerator
- Temperature Panel
- Restaurant Exterior
- Restaurant Interior
- Glassware
- Drink menu (sample)
5. Select "REGISTER"
Once all the required information has been entered, click on REGISTER.
⚠️ Distributors will not be able to deliver to a new customer until the application has been approved by JCSC.
6. [IF APPROVED] Receive "approval" notification email
If the new customer is successfully approved, the distributor will receive the following email.
Share the login details with the person in charge at the new location and start using the SBC.

8. [IF DECLINED] How to resubmit the application
Select the 'Update Customer Information' menu from the SBC dashboard, click on the pencil mark to the right of the provisionally registered new customer information, edit the information and press the 'REGISTER' button again.
