Any sake to be used for events (e.g: sake events, promotions, masterclasses), used internally by the distributor (e.g: tasting/education seminars for staff, management use, etc...), or sold to private customers (e.g: VIP customers) must be registered in the SBC and scanned when Delivering. (Receiving and Selling scans are not required.)

To add a new event or private customer delivery address to the SBC, distributors should apply to JCSC using the following procedure:

1. Login to SAKE Blockchain Dashboard

Enter your email address and password.

2. Select "Update Customer Information"

3. Select "Add New Customer Information"

Select Add New Customer Information in the top right corner of the screen

4. Enter your new event / private customer information

Enter the following information：

Category (required): Select "Restaurant".　Note: Currently only restaurants can be selected. Please select "Restaurant" even if you are adding an event or private customer.
Restaurant Name (local language) (required): Enter the name of the event or private customer in the local language.
Restaurant Name (English) (optional): Enter the name of the event or private customer in English.
Customer Number (optional): If your company uses customer numbers in its stock management system, please enter the relevant customer number so that it can be used as a search reference in the SBC system.
Phone Number: *Leave it blank
Delivery Address [for display] (required): Enter the address. The address you enter here will be displayed when selecting a delivery address during a Delivery scan operation.
GPS Location
- Select your country
- Address [for Google Maps] (required): Type in the name or address of the delivery destination and select the correct address from the list suggested by Google Maps (Baidu Map in China). Please make sure that the map pin is set to the correct location.
  
  ⚠️ Please ensure that you register the exact location of the delivery address. When a “Receiving/Selling" scan takes place at the address, the user’s device location is retrieved and checked against the location information registered here.
- GPS Location Range: Please set this to 200m.
  - In special circumstances, such as the customer's premises being in a high-rise building or basement location with an unstable GPS signal, the GPS location range can be increased. Please contact JCSC for more information.

5. Select "REGISTER"

Once all the required information has been entered, click on REGISTER.

⚠️ Distributors will not be able to deliver to a new customer until the application has been approved by JCSC.

6. Upon approval, receive an email confirming registration
