什么是 "状态"？
SBC警报总是标有状态，以帮助你了解当前情况。
有三种状态： 受理中，已解决，未解决。
如果一个已经发生的警报得到适当的处理，"受理中" 状态会自动更新为 "已解决"。
如果不太可能发生无法在系统中解决的特殊问题，将被分配为 "未解决 "状态。
如何处理每种警报类型
应对警报的程序因三种警报类型或警报发生地点的不同而不同。

If you are unable to perform a receiving scan (e.g. you have already sold and disposed
of the bottle), please report it on the 'Distribution Information' page of the SBC
dashboard, following these steps:
1. Login to the system
2. Select the "Alerts" menu
3. Select the relevant alert
4. Click on the "Process" button
5. Select an option and follow the instructions displayed
If you have any further questions, please contact your supplier.
