[NEW] Flow of Processing Alerts

What is "Status"?

SBC alerts are always marked with a status to help you understand the current situation.

There are THREE statuses: Urgent, Resolved, and Unresolved.

If an alert is processed appropriately, the 'Urgent' status is automatically updated to 'Resolved'.

In the unlikely event of a problem occurring that cannot be resolved in the system, a status of 'Unresolved' will be assigned.

How to process each alert type

The procedure for responding to an alert differs depending on the three types of alerts or the location where the alert occurs.

■Email Alert Notification

When an alert occurs, the following notification email is sent to the registered user's email address.

When a receiving scan has not been registered at a restaurant 72 hours after the product was shipped from the distributor.

Receiving scans for the following products have not been performed.
Please login to the system and complete the receiving scans for these products.

Delayed Receiving Scan Alert / 收貨掃描延遲提示 / 入荷スキャン遅延アラート / 입고 스캔 지연 경고

Alert date: MM/DD/YYYY, HH:MM:SS AM/PM
Serial number: Juyondai Red Label :17487,17488,17490

If you are unable to perform a receiving scan (e.g. you have already sold and disposed 
of the bottle), please report it on the 'Distribution Information' page of the 
SBC dashboard, following these steps:
1. Login to the system
2. Select the "Alerts" menu
3. Select the relevant alert
4. Click on the "Process" button
5. Select an option and follow the instructions displayed

If you have any further questions, please contact your supplier.

When the restaurant has not scanned the product as sold for more than 60 days after the delivery was received.

Selling scans have not been performed for the following products in the past 60 days. 
To ensure the genuine quality of the product is maintained, please prioritise selling stock within 60 days of the delivery date. 
Please login to the system and respond to the alert accordingly.

Report the situation to your supplier via the 'Distribution Information' page of the

When location data is acquired at a different location from the account’s registered address during the scanning process.

A scan has been detected at an incorrect location (GPS) at Restaurant's Name. 
Please make sure that the device used for scanning has its location service turned ON.

Restaurant's Nameにて、スキャン位置情報(GPS)に異常が検出されました。 
スキャン時に使用する端末の位置情報サービスがONになっていることを確認してください。
