What is a "Delayed Receiving Scan Alert"?
A Delayed Receiving Scan Alert will be displayed if a product has not had a receiving scan performed at the delivery location (restaurant) for more than 72 hours after it has been registered with a delivering scan by the distributor.
The alert is automatically resolved by the restaurant's receiving scan
How to process a "Delayed Receiving Scan Alert"
Depending on the situation, the response flow will vary.
❶If the restaurant forgot to do the receiving scan and has the product in stock.
→ When the restaurant does the receiving scan, the alert will be automatically updated to Resolved.
❷If the restaurant has forgotten to do the receiving scan and has already sold the product (no bottles in stock)
→The restaurant user must report it from the 'Distribution information' screen on SBC.
❸If the distributor has selected and registered the wrong delivery destination during the delivery scan
→The distributor can change the delivery destination from the "Distribution Information" screen on SBC.
❹If a shipment is cancelled after the distributor's delivery scan
→The delivery can be cancelled from the distributor's 'Distribution Information' screen or from the "distribution history" page on the App.

How to use the Distribution Information screen
[The same procedure for Distributor/Restaurant]
- Login to SBC Dashboard
- Select the menu
- Select the relevant alert
- Click on the "Process" button
- Different options are displayed depending on the distributor/restaurant and the account you are logged into
❶If the restaurant forgot to do the receiving scan and has the product in stock.
When the restaurant user selects 'Scan Product', it opens the scanning screen. When the receiving scan is completed, the alert is automatically updated to Resolved.
❷If the restaurant has forgotten to do the receiving scan and has already sold the product (no bottles in stock)
If the restaurant user selects 'Register as sold', a confirmation screen will appear.
Once the confirmed, the following notification email is sent to the administrator, brewery, and distributor, and the alert is automatically updated to Unresolved.
⚠️ Users (distributor/restaurant accounts) with ongoing Unresolved alerts may have
supply suspended to ensure the security and quality control of products are maintained.
TITLE:[SakeBlockchain] Bottle sold without Receiving AND Selling Scans
at "Restaurant's Name"
MESSAGE:
Restaurant's Name has responded to the Delayed Receiving Scan alert and reported that
the following bottle has been alreaady sold without Receiving AND Selling scans.
The alert status has now been updated to "Unresolved."
Please contact your customer to ensure sales and quality control guidelines are followed.
Restaurant's Name已經對收貨掃描延遲提示作出回應,並報告說以下瓶子已經在沒有收貨和銷售掃描的情況下被售出。

the following bottle has not been delivered to its location.
Please check the status of the delivery.

- If this delivery was made to another location, please change the delivery destination
from the "Distribution Information" page.
- If this delivery was already cancelled, please cancel the delivery record from the
"Delivered" list.

❸If the distributor has selected and registered the wrong delivery destination during the delivery scan
If the distributor user selects 'Change shipping destination', a new shipping destination option will be displayed.
Once the receiving scan is completed at the newly selected location, the alert is automatically updated to Resolved.
❹If a shipment is cancelled after the distributor's delivery scan
Selecting 'Cancel delivery' will cancel the delivery record of the product.
At the same time, the alert is automatically deleted from the system.
