If a restaurant customer disposes of a bottle with an individual QR code without scanning the product for Selling, the restaurant user will not be able to deplete the product from stock as "sold".
If you receive a report from a restaurant that they have missed to scan a product for Selling, please report the following information to the JCSC:
- Restaurant name
- Serial number of the product sold
- The date and time of the sale
The status of the item in question will be changed by the System Administrator (JCSC) from "In Stock" to "Sold".
